Limitation of liability - TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADGA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL ADGA'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO ADGA IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD 100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification - You agree to indemnify and hold ADGA and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination - ADGA may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time for violations of these Terms or for any lawful reason. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
